Hi there! I’m Pat, but you can also call me by my childhood nickname Bunny.

I am a Registered Nurse and have practiced many evidence-based healing modalities on myself that facilitated my own personal growth, development and healing. I found myself blending these healing modalities with many of the patients that I served, friends and family too; sometimes using Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki, Yoga, Energy Medicine, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and many other practices based on each individual and their circumstances.

Truly inspired, this calling has provided amazing results and feedback from the individuals I have worked with, and fills my heart with love and gratitude. During these turbulent times many successful people are feeling unsuccessful and need navigation tools to move forward.
